Refund Eligibility
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds but best we can refund to the customers is 50% refund for downloadable items such as courses, health program e-books, software, templates, and other digital goods once the purchase has been made and the product is delivered Instead you can reach out to us at [email protected] in case any query.
- Physical Products: Refund eligibility for physical products depends on the specific circumstances. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product for assistance.
